Sat, September 3, 2005 - 3:39 PMIf you do any live benefit shows and want a volunteering VJ, I would love to come up there and help out. I'm in Cleveland and I'm spending my weekend gathering samples from the news and audio and video clips online so I can make a visual mix of this disaster and make it hit the point in a classy and potent way without sparing details of everything that's been involved in this and the consequences illustrated nicely with other imagery.
Or anyone else anyone here knows in my area, given not too far away, who wants to add something similar to a good DJ event to raise funds, and I can help out. Count me in. I'd like it to be something that helps out the animals or counts them in. Just not good at ogranizing things, just do the art.

We're organizing a tour with artists in Detroit, New York City, and Chicago (so far) to raise funds for charities that will help the victims of the hurricane (both in the short-term and the long-term). Many good hearted people have already volunteered their time and money to help. Here's the website that we're using to coordinate the event: www.musictournetwork.com/
The website gets updated several times per day because of how fast this endeavor is growing.
